Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development
Experience in scripting and debugging (server-side & client-side)
Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and upgrade-safe development
Experience with integrations and REST APIs
Problem-solving and analytical skills
ServiceNow ITSM modules/HRSD(Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
Service Catalog, Record Producers,
Catalog Client Scripts
Scripting: GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Business Rules, Script Includes
Service Portal / UI Builder basics
Integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
Flow Designer & Workflow
ACL & Security configuration
Update Set management & deployment
Valuable-to-Have
Exposure to HRSD modules (HR Case, Employee Service Center)
Experience with Service Portal / UI Builder
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
Exposure to Azure / cloud integrations
Experience in reporting & dashboard
