Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and close positions within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT requirements
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements




Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Negotiate rates/salaries and ensure smooth onboarding
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Maintain relationships with candidates and clients for future hiring needs
Required Skills:
Proven experience in US IT Staffing
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Good to Have:
Knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Understanding of US Visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.)
Experience in handling Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, and 1099 hiring models
