Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, The role
focuses on delivering high-quality Oracle HCM Cloud solutions by leading client
workshops, designing system architectures, and managing full project
lifecycles—from requirement gathering to post-go-live support. Senior
consultants are expected to have 5+ years of experience and deep expertise in
multiple modules of Oracle Fusion HCM
* Requirement Gathering & Analysis
* Engage with HR stakeholders to document business processes and functional
requirements.
* Perform Gap Analysis to identify where standard Oracle functionality needs
custom extensions or workarounds.
* Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications
(e.g., BRD, MD50).
* System Configuration & Implementation
* Lead the end-to-end configuration of all HCM modules.
* Setup enterprise structures, legal entities, and workforce structures.
* Configure complex workflow routing rules for Employee and Manager
Self-Service (ESS/MSS).
* Testing & Quality Assurance
* Develop comprehensive test plans, scripts, and scenarios for System
Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acc
