Job Responsibilities:
Develop BIW welding fixture 2D / 3D finish / concepts based on customer requirements.
Create concept layouts and 3D models using CATIA V5 / NX / Fides.
Prepare feasibility studies and fixture design concepts.
Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and project teams.
Ensure designs comply with automotive standards and GD&T; principles.
Required Skills:
Experience in BIW Fixture 2D / 3D / Concept Design.
Proficiency in CATIA V5 / NX / Fides.
Knowledge of welding fixtures, tooling, clamps, locators, and automotive manufacturing.
Understanding of GD&T; and tolerance stack-up.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience: 1.5 Years –7 Years
