Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with statutory compliances, and excellent coordination skills.

The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, supporting financial reporting, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with internal teams, auditors, vendors, banks, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-orientated, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate books of accounts and day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally ERP.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.




Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.
Assist in preparing Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
GST & Statutory Compliance

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
Perform GST reconciliations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, return filings, and issuance of TDS certificates.
Maintain statutory records and ensure timely compliance with applicable regulations.
Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate with internal departments for invoices, bills, purchase orders, supporting documents, and approvals.
Liaise with auditors, Chartered Accountants, banks, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders for finance and compliance-related activities.
