We are seeking a highly driven Chief of Staff to partner closely with executive leadership in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and Go-to-Market (GTM) execution across the organization. As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the leadership team, ensuring alignment between business priorities and operational outcomes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, improve organizational processes, support business planning, and help accelerate growth by driving execution across strategy, operations, and GTM programs.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic business initiatives.
Drive cross-functional programs across strategy, operations, sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Develop and monitor business plans, operational KPIs, and performance dashboards to support executive decision-making.
Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) planning, execution, and optimization initiatives for recent products, services, and market expansion.
Coordinate strategic projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Prepare executive presentations, board reports, business reviews, financial models, and strategic recommendations.
