About the Role:
As a Printer Relationship Management Associate, you'll own relationships with a portfolio of printers/vendors across the United States. You'll work closely with printers to ensure every order moves through production successfully. No two days are the same here.
One day you'll be solving a production issue with a printer, and the next you'll be coordinating inventory, helping recover a delayed order, improving a process, or working with Tech to eliminate manual work.
Your success will be measured by your ability to drive top performance from your portfolio of printers by building strong relationships, reducing operational issues, and continuously improving how we work.
What You'll Do
Vendor Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with printer/production partners through regular monthly performance calls, emails, and other day-to-day communication through different channels, becoming their trusted point of contact.
Support vendors/printers with operational, production, and logistics-related questions.
Partner with vendors to improve order quality, turnaround time, and overall operational performance.
Drive accountability while maintaining strong working relationships.
