We're seeking a Fellowship Director for an executive fellowship serving a handpicked group of senior leaders with 10–20 years of experience — business heads, founders, functional leaders, and executives navigating complex strategic decisions. The fellowship transforms these individuals into a high-trust peer community. As the steward of this experience, you will design and facilitate peer discussions among opinionated senior executives; host and draw the best out of external speakers; build and sustain the community; and run each cohort end to end.

What you’ll own
Facilitate the cohort
Lead confidential peer sessions - drawing people out rather than lecturing, surfacing the real problem behind the presented one, and holding members accountable for follow-through.




Build the trust and confidentiality that allow senior leaders to discuss issues they cannot raise inside their own organizations.
Navigate solid personalities, differing viewpoints, and difficult conversations without losing momentum.
Curate and host external voices
Source, brief, and host senior practitioners - CXOs, founders, operators - as guest speakers.
Frame each session as a catalyst for peer discussion rather than a one-way talk; moderate the dialogue, Q&A;, and synthesis.
Build and maintain relationships with a bench of credible, sought-after speakers.
Build the community
Match and steward relationships between members and senior executives beyond the cohort.
Meet members individually to understand their ambitions, challenges, and opportunities, then proactively create introductions and experiences that accelerate their goals.
Foster the engagement, belonging, and retention that carry the cohort into a lasting alumni network.
