As a Manufacturing Engineer, NPI, you will be the interface between product development, project management and the production facility and will be responsible for transforming a new product into a reliable production-ready series product. The Process Engineer is responsible for the definition of the tools and process strategy together with PLM and Q, stakeholders and the R&D; management team.
You have professional experience in electrical test planning, ideally gained in a medical technology environment
The candidate should have a strong foundation in RF and electronics fundamentals, including resonance, impedance matching, and S-parameters, along with hands-on experience in using a network analyser (VNA) for measurement and basic tuning, and the ability to troubleshoot electronic/RF circuits effectively.
Experience and knowledge of automation, digitalization and project management would be advantageous.
If technical problems occur, you will be responsible for root cause analysis and for developing solutions in collaboration with the department units affected
You will draw up concepts to achieve the required quality standards, avoid faults, and ensure technical reliability in collaboration with the relevant department units, and you will implement these in the production process
You will train and instruct employees in testing tasks and support them with problematic cases
You will be responsible for production testing of MR Local coils in the, ensuring that the relevant stringent quality standards are met
