The SwitchON Foundation is part of the ON Universe, which operates accelerator,



impact fund and advisory that is dedicated to supporting proximate climate startups / social entrepreneurs andFPCS’s. Through the Greenovation and ONganic Accelerator—which runs challenges, bootcamps, and cohort-based programs—and the EarthON Fund, which leverages blended capital approaches, we address complex climate challenges across the Global South.

About the Role
We are looking for a agile leader to drive the growth of our FPC and Agri Enterprise Accelerator. The role involves working closely with farmer-owned businesses, startups, investors, corporates, and ecosystem partners to strengthen market access, enterprise growth, fundraising, and investment readiness.
This is an opportunity to build and scale a high-impact platform that supports the next generation of agricultural and rural enterprises while creating meaningful impact for farming communities.
