This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong expertise in Government Sales and technical solution selling, capable of managing complex sales cycles from chance identification through contract closure.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, managing government tenders, and delivering tailored technical solutions that address customer requirements. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams while contributing to large-scale infrastructure and public sector initiatives.



Frequent travel across the assigned region is an integral part of this position.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development initiatives across the Western region by identifying and pursuing new government and public sector opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal corporations, government agencies, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
Prepare and coordinate technical proposals, tenders, bid documentation, and commercial submissions.
Collaborate with technical, engineering, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with customer requirements.
