OVERVIEW:
DTP operations primarily support the formatting, workflow and CRM needs of a reputable Institutional Equities Research team known for its impactful investment research intelligence. The DTP team also pays attention to all forms of designs and templates for clear, sharp and consistent client communication.

ROLE INFORMATION:
Education - BA/any other graduate or postgraduate degree, or diploma in design, DTP and infographics
Experience - 2–5 years in a similar role at a broking house, advertisement, media or PR agency; similar role in any other organisation
Competencies - Proficiency in MS-Word, -PowerPoint, -Excel, infographics and AI tools, a good handle on using latest tools from Adobe; ability to leverage AI for design

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS




Format all types and formats of investment research in a quick-paced environment
Ensure the formatting output is sharp, compliant and compelling
Generate infographics to support investment arguments or cross-divisional needs
Design Word or PPT templates; add value via infographics, design elements and pictorial representations
Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including analysts/associates and Corporate Access
Keep tabs on and manage workflow and CRM
Numeracy: Cross-check tables, charts, graphs and key numbers
