AMD is seeking a Senior Ethics Specialist to support our global Ethics & Compliance program. This role plays a key role in operational execution, with a primary focus on reviewing and conducting conflicts checks, supporting broader program effectiveness and regional scaling efforts in internal investigations, anti-corruption, competition and third-party risk management programs.
Working under the guidance of the Director of Legal, this role contributes to the consistent and efficient delivery of compliance program activities by leveraging AI, data, and automation.
The Person
Strong attention to detail with a risk-aware, analytical mindset.
Comfortable working with structured processes, data, and systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a quick-paced, global environment.
Good judgment with the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative, proactive, adaptable and is looking to build expertise in compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct conflicts of interest reviews and checks, including analysis of disclosures, red flags, and risk indicators.
Support internal investigations case tracking and evidence preservation, including documentation and coordination
