OPPORTUNITY

Arise is seeking experienced, energetic, and professional Contract Instructors
to facilitate virtual training and certification programs. As an Instructor, you
will guide adult learners through client-specific course content, create an
engaging virtual classroom experience, and help participants achieve
certification success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Facilitate live virtual certification and training classes using Zoom and
other online learning platforms.
* Deliver course content in an engaging, interactive, and professional manner.
* Foster learner participation and maintain a positive classroom environment.
* Monitor learner progress and provide coaching, feedback, and support.
* Administer quizzes, assessments, and attendance requirements in accordance
with program guidelines.




* Communicate effectively with Learning, Operations, and Program teams.
* Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all client and
Arise requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Previous experience facilitating virtual or classroom-based training.
* Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
* Ability to engage adult learners in a virtual setting.
* Comfortable using technology such as Zoom, PowerPoint, and learning
management systems.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently as a contractor while meeting project
deadlines.
* Customer service, contact center, healthcare, financial services, or
technical support experience is a plus.
