Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sparking and Wirecut (EDM) Machine Operator to join our production team.
The candidate will be responsible for operating Sparking and Wirecut machines to carry out precision cutting operations according to design and engineering specifications.
The role requires a solid understanding of machining processes, CAD data interpretation, and quality control procedures.
The operator will set up, program, and monitor the Sparking and Wirecut (EDM) process to ensure accurate and efficient machining of components.
Responsibilities include verifying dimensions, maintaining tight tolerances, and ensuring all finished parts meet required standards.
The candidate will interpret engineering drawings, review CAD models, and collaborate with the design and tool room teams to achieve daily production targets.
Regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of EDM machines will be essential to minimize downtime and enhance machine performance.
The operator must also maintain detailed records of machining activities, inspection reports, and maintenance logs to ensure traceability and compliance with company procedures.
