Job Description:
Process Execution - Perform end-to-end finance operations in AP, AR, R2R, GL, Fixed Assets, Treasury, or Intercompany Accounting. Handle complex and exception transactions independently.
Ensure compliance with established SLAs and process controls. Review and validate critical transactions before final processing.
Month-End and Reporting Activities - Prepare and post journal entries. Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Assist in preparing management reports and schedules.
Quality & Compliance - Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls. Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails. Support internal and external audit requirements. Identify and report control gaps or process risks.
Stakeholder Management - Serve as a key contact for internal customers and business units. Resolve process-related queries and escalations. Collaborate with regional and global finance teams.
Process Improvement & Automation - Identify opportunities for process standardization and efficiency improvements. Participate in automation, ERP enhanc
