Job Description :
Process Management - Supervise day-to-day finance operations in assigned functions (AP, AR, R2R, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, etc.). Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within SLA timelines.
Monitor workload distribution and resource utilization.
Team Leadership - Lead a team of 5–20 analysts/executives. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Coach and mentor team members. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Quality & Compliance - Review transactions and reconciliations for accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Support audit requests and internal control testing. Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Month-End Close Support - Coordinate month-end closing activities. Review journal entries and account reconciliations. Ensure timely completion of reporting deadlines. Escalate issues to the Manager when necessary.
Stakeholder Management - Act as the first point of contact for business users and country finance teams. Resolve operational issues and escalations. Provide status updates and operational reports.
