Job Description:

Knowledge of export documentation Good understanding of export-related documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, GR/EGM, and other statutory documents required for customs clearance and regulatory compliance.




Export documentation operations in Logisys software and filing of shipping bills online Hands-on experience in processing export documentation using the Logisys system, including accurate preparation and online filing of shipping bills on the customs portal within prescribed timelines. Regular updating in the system of the milestone dates.
E‑Sanchit document uploading on Customs ICEGATE Responsible for scanning, indexing, and uploading supporting documents through the E‑Sanchit module on the ICEGATE portal, ensuring correctness, completeness, and linkage with the relevant shipping bills.
Good knowledge of customs export schemes Knowledge of customs incentive and compliance schemes such as Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, Advance Authorization, EPCG, and other applicable export benefits.
SCOMET list checking Verification of export items against the SCOMET list to determine licensing requirements, compli
