Job Description:

Strategic

Develop and implement HR and Administration strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive employee engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies,



and corporate guidelines.
Establish and continuously improve HR and administrative processes for operational excellence.
Build a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Tactical

Human Resources

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.
Drive employee engagement programs and employee experience initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
Support performance management, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, counseling, and investigations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor regulations, and HR policies.
