Job Description:
Daily Operations Management - Monitor and manage daily transaction processing. Allocate work among team members. Ensure adherence to SLAs and turnaround times. Resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.
Team Supervision - Lead a team of 5–15 finance analysts/executives. Provide day-to-day guidance and support. Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance. Conduct regular one-on-one discussions with team members.
Quality Assurance - Review transactions, reconciliations, and reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.Identify and correct processing errors. Support quality improvement initiatives.
Escalation Management - Act as the first level of escalation for process issues. Coordinate with other teams to resolve operational problems. Escalate critical issues to the Associate Manager when required.
Month-End Support - Assist in month-end closing activities. Ensure timely completion of reconciliations and reporting tasks. Support audit and compliance requirements.
Training & Development - Train current hires on processes and systems. Conduct refresher training sessions. Share best practices and process updates. He
