About the Role
We are looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems, is curious about customer behavior, and can convert data into actions that drive business outcomes.
As part of the Lending team, you will work across the entire Lending journey—from customer targeting, acquisition and partner performance to operations, customer experience, and business growth. You'll work closely with Product, Risk, Marketing, as well as Lending Partners to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and execute high-impact initiatives.

What You'll Do
Own and solve high-impact business problems across the digital lending journey.
Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, partner performance,



and operational efficiency.
Develop customer segmentation frameworks to drive targeted acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies.
Work with lending partners to understand business performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
Analyze customer journeys across digital and assisted channels, including call center interactions, to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Design and measure experiments, recent initiatives, and process changes, and translate learnings into scalable solutions.
Develop business dashboards and performance metrics that enable faster and better decision-making.
Bring fresh ideas by combining customer insights, market trends, and data to unlock new growth opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive execution from idea to implementation.
Present clear, data-backed recommendations to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
