Position Summary
We are seeking a agile and experienced Senior Manager – DME Billing to lead large-scale DME Revenue Cycle Management operations across multiple functions, teams, and client portfolios. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, revenue enhancement, client satisfaction, people leadership, and strategic business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DME Billing, Accounts Receivable Management, Denials Management, Client Relationship Management, Process Transformation, and Leadership of large operational teams within the US Healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead end-to-end DME Billing and Revenue Cycle operations.
Manage multiple business units and operational teams comprising 85–170+ FTEs.
Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, collection, and client service targets.




Drive operational efficiency and revenue optimization initiatives.
Monitor key business metrics and implement action plans to improve performance.
Client Management
Serve as a key contact for client interactions and business reviews.
Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify growth opportunities, operational enhancements, and value-added services.
Ensure fulfillment of contractual deliverables and service-level agreements.
Revenue Cycle Management
Drive improvements in collections and cash flow.
Monitor AR aging, denial trends, and reimbursement performance.
Develop strategies to reduce denials and increase first-pass claim acceptance.
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and payer-specific requirements.
Drive process standardization and best practices across teams.
