Role Description-
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between Product Owners, Business Analyst, Architects and Engineering teams. You will be responsible for translating business needs into well-defined technical requirements, managing agile team backlogs, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions. This role requires a blend of business analysis, data analysis, technical acumen, agile leadership and reporting, and stakeholder management skills.





You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define solutions, clarify requirements, remove impediments, and drive execution while ensuring alignment with platform strategy and business objectives

Required Skills :-
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Product Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar role supporting software development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs and translating business requirements into technical user stories.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar observability/monitoring platf
