About the Role
We're looking for a Staff Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and evolution of critical platforms and systems that power our products at scale.
You'll own mission-critical systems and drive the long-term technical strategy for your area, while staying hands-on with design and implementation. This is a high-impact, hands-on engineering role for someone who combines deep software engineering expertise with strong architectural leadership — designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems, and partnering closely with Product, R&D;, QA, and other cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the highest bars for quality,



security, and performance.
Beyond implementation, you'll establish technical direction, drive engineering excellence, improve platform reliability, mentor engineers, and help shape how the broader engineering organization builds software.
A Day in the LifeTechnical Leadership & Architecture
Own the architecture, design, and evolution of complex systems spanning multiple services and teams.
Design scalable, loosely coupled, cloud-native architectures built for high transaction volumes and growth.
Lead architecture reviews and technical design discussions, and set engineering standards and best practices across teams.
Drive technical decisions that balance immediate business priorities with the platform's long-term evolution.
Evaluate emerging technologies and patterns, drive modernization of legacy systems, and look for ways to simplify architecture and cut technical debt.
