Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT & Non-IT Hiring)

? Package: 6 LPA or up to 30% hike on current CTC (whichever is higher based on experience and interview performance)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have exceptional sourcing skills, strong communication abilities and a proven track record of closing positions within deadlines while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Hire for IT roles, including- Network Engineer, Cyber Security Engineer, SOC Analyst, VAPT Engineer, Technical Trainer etc.
Hire for Non-IT roles including- HR, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Academic Counselor, Digital Marketing Executive, Graphic Designer, Accountant etc.
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter,



Naukri Recruiter, Indeed, Apna, referrals and social media.
Conduct resume screening and HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews and manage interview scheduling.
Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts and candidate onboarding.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring.
Track recruitment KPIs and ensure all positions are closed within defined timelines.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience hiring both IT and Non-IT professionals.
Strong expertise in sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Recruiter, Indeed and ATS.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and achieve hiring targets.
Willing to work full-time from our office in Andheri East, Mumbai.
