About the Role
We are looking for a strategic Senior Manager/Head – Learning, Leadership & Capability to build and lead Zyeta's enterprise learning function. In this role, you will partner with the CHRO and business leaders to create learning strategies that strengthen technical expertise, leadership capability, and business performance.
You will be responsible for building a culture of continuous learning by developing structured learning journeys, leadership programmes, competency frameworks, and capability-building initiatives across project, technical, commercial, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead Zyeta's Learning,



Leadership & Capability function.
Design and establish Zyeta Academy with structured learning journeys across teams
Develop leadership development programmes, succession planning, mentoring, coaching, and High-Potential initiatives.
Build competency frameworks, career pathways, technical certification programmes, and role-based capability models.
Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions that improve performance and project delivery.
Design technical, behavioural, leadership, commercial, and functional learning programmes.
Drive organisational development initiatives, including change management, culture building, leadership effectiveness, and knowledge management.
Introduce contemporary learning solutions through LMS, AI-enabled learning, microlearning, blended learning, and digital learning platforms.
Build partnerships with external learning providers, universities,
