Role Description This is a full-time, in office Caller role based at Nephrocare India in Kolkata. The Caller will handle inbound and outbound calls,



respond to patient and caregiver inquiries, and provide information about services, appointments, and procedures. Responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, updating patient records, and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate communication. The role involves explaining basic service offerings, guiding callers on how to access care, and escalating complex queries to appropriate staff members. The Caller will be expected to maintain professional phone etiquette, follow communication protocols, and support a positive experience for every individual contacting the institute.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and courteous phone manners.
