This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Bangalore location
Reporting to Sr Director, The PMO Analyst will be working closely with project/team leads across multiple functions and regions, the PMO Analyst will administer core PMO tools, maintain key reports and dashboards, and help ensure that project and portfolio information is accurate, timely and accessible. This role suits someone detail oriented who enjoys working with data, has excellent knowledge and experience of PMO tools/systems and is ready to embrace AI and automation within PMO.
HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
Administer and support core PMO tools, including PSA and related platforms/integrations (e.g. SuiteProjects Pro/OpenAir, Wrike, Salesforce, ADP) in line with agreed standards.
