Trial Enablement & Conversion (Primary)

Help trial users quickly experience the value of TestZeus.

Work Directly With Customers To

Create initial test scenarios from requirements
Run tests on the TestZeus platform
Debug failing or unstable tests
Optimize scenarios for reliable execution

Guide customers through their first successful test runs and help them build confidence in the platform.

Identify blockers during trials and work with customers to resolve them quickly.

Support sales and product teams by helping move customers from trial → successful adoption.

Customer Test Execution & Debugging (Primary)

Support customers in running and troubleshooting tests on TestZeus.

Investigate Issues Using Run Artifacts Such As

Logs
Screenshots
Videos
Execution traces

Diagnose Common Issues Including

test failures
environment configuration problems
authentication flows
UI changes
agent behavior inconsistencies

Provide Clear Explanations To Customers

what happened
likely root cause
recommended fix
best practices to avoid recurrence





Escalate platform bugs with explicit reproduction steps and debugging evidence.

Onboarding & Customer Success

Guide Customers Through Onboarding And Initial Setup

Scenario Authoring & Test Design Support

Help customers design tests that agents can execute reliably.

converting requirements into test scenarios
structuring steps clearly
adding checkpoints and validations
improving scenario clarity for agents

Debug flaky or unstable scenarios and recommend improvements.
