Software Development & Agile Delivery – Programmable Technology (B3-2)

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile software development teams by facilitating Scrum processes, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring effective delivery of business and technology objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Jira administration and Agile methodologies, with the ability to partner closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, QA, SRE, and leadership teams. This role will serve as a servant leader, fostering Agile best practices and enabling high-performing teams to deliver quality software solutions efficiently and predictably.



Key Responsibilities -Serve as Scrum Master for software development teams. -Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including: print Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives & Backlog Refinement -Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and best practices. -Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. -Help teams identify and remove impediments impacting delivery. -Support teams in delivering sprint commitments and release objectives. -Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy and prioritized backlogs. -Monitor team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics. -Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive resolution. -Promote predictable and sustainable delivery practices. -Serve as the team's Jira expert and primary administrator. -Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, boards, dashboards, filters, and automation. -Ensure accurate tracking of Epics, Features, Stories,
