We’re looking for energetic, ambitious and execution-oriented individuals who want to gain real start-up experience while helping launch our Gurgaon pilot. This is a high-impact, on-ground role—not a conventional desk internship.

Your Role
As a Business & Growth Associate, you’ll represent MetaNova across hospitals, healthcare providers, communities and partner organisations while supporting the successful launch of our Gurgaon pilot.

Your responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with hospitals, doctors, ambulance providers, clinics, labs, pharmacies and other healthcare partners.
Meeting Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), corporates, community leaders and prospective customers across Gurgaon.
Supporting business development, partnership onboarding and membership growth initiatives.
Conducting awareness campaigns, roadshows and on-ground promotional activities.
