As a Contributor Success Manager, you will manage and support Sealcube's nationwide contributor network. You will play a critical role in onboarding, training, engagement, and long-term contributor success.
Your work will ensure contributors remain motivated, productive, and aligned with quality standards across all programs.
Key responsibilities
Manage contributor onboarding and training programs
Develop contributor engagement and retention initiatives
Provide support and resolve contributor issues
Monitor contributor performance and satisfaction metrics
Coordinate communication across contributor communities
Collaborate with operations teams to scale contributor programs
Requirements
2-5 years in customer success, community management, or operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities
Experience managing large user communities is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
