Position
Business Development Intern
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective clients and understand their debt-related concerns.
* Explain Settle Pro's services and guide clients through the onboarding process.
* Manage and nurture leads through calls, follow-ups, and referrals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their journey.
* Coordinate with the legal and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing.
* Achieve monthly performance and conversion targets.
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Adhere to company policies, professional ethics, and confidentiality standards.
Eligibility & Requirements
* Graduate or Undergraduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic understanding of sales, customer communication, or financial services is preferred.
* Ability to communicate confidently over phone calls and WhatsApp.
* Must own a personal laptop.
* Must have a smartphone with a free SIM slot.
* Basic understanding of legal processes and documentation is an added advantage.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
* Candidates based in Noida or nearby areas who can join immediately will be preferred.
