We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager – PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) to lead and deliver PLM implementation and transformation projects. The role involves managing end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, vendor/partner collaboration, and ensuring successful deployment of PLM solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of PLM projects (implementation, upgrade, or transformation)
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
Manage stakeholder expectations across business, IT, and vendor teams
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance, and quality standards
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless PLM integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, etc.)
Drive user adoption by coordinating training, change management,



and knowledge transfer
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and status updates for senior management

Requirements

10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in PLM-related projects
Solid understanding of PLM platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, PTC Windchill, or equivalent)
Proven experience in end-to-end PLM project implementations (design, rollout, and support)
Knowledge of PLM integration with ERP, CAD, and manufacturing systems
Solid background in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
Familiarity with change management processes and training delivery
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
