Job Description: Stress Analysis Engineer – CAESAR
Experience: 7-10 Years
Work Location: Vadodara

Responsibilitie
sBachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Piping Design or related fiel
dHands-on experience in Pipe Stress Analysis using CAESAR II
.Strong knowledge of piping flexibility, thermal expansion, sustained and occasional load analysis
.Experience in static and dynamic stress analysis of piping systems
.Sound knowledge of ASME B31.1 and/or ASME B31.3 codes
.Must have experience in pipe support and spring hanger selection/design
.Ability to interpret stress results and recommend design modifications
.Experience in preparation of Pipe Stress Reports and supporting calculations
.Assist assigned engineers & designers in resolution of technical engineering & design challenge
sPreferred experience in Super Critical Boilers of Thermal Power Plant
.Experience in reviewing 3D piping models for support and stress requirements
.Familiarity with critical piping systems and high-temperature piping applications
.Strong attention to detail with quality and accuracy mindset
.Valuable communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead/mentor team members
