Role Description The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to strengthen Sudarshan Addpack’s brand presence in domestic and international markets. Day-to-day tasks include managing campaigns, coordinating with sales and production teams, overseeing content and collateral development, and analyzing market trends and customer needs. The role involves handling digital and traditional marketing activities, monitoring competitor activities,



and preparing performance reports to support business decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in key business initiatives.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in marketing management, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or related industrial sectors.
Strong skills in market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to support data-driven decision-making.
Ability to plan and manage digital and offline campaigns, including branding, advertising, events, and promotional activities.
Proficiency in creating and reviewing marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, website content, and social media assets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
