Job Responsibilities
The ServiceNow Lead will report to the ISPL ITG ServiceNow Manager and collaborate closely with the ServiceNow Platform Manager, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and the ServiceNow Architect in Paris. The core aim is to deliver robust, secure, and maintainable solutions while guiding the development team to achieve project and business goals.




Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team; mentor members to promote innovation and continuous learning; and manage a team of ServiceNow professionals in collaboration with Paris and ISPL.
Build and customize ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and Scoped Apps); translate functional specifications into technical designs and scalable scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, etc.).
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope; estimate effort, create development plans, and track progress against sprint/roadmap milestones using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices; produce comprehensive technical documentation; automate testing via the Automated Test Framework (ATF); and provide production support, including root-cause analysis and fixes.
