We are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Designer with strong expertise in Revit MEP and electrical building services design to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about developing accurate BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, and delivering high-quality electrical designs for commercial, residential, and industrial building projects.
As an Electrical BIM Designer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating electrical BIM models, drawings, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems while maintaining compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and BIM best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM models and designs using Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.
Prepare electrical layouts, schematics, single-line diagrams, and construction drawings with a high level of accuracy.
Perform lighting design and illumination calculations using DiaLux to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
Coordinate electrical systems with architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines to ensure clash-free project delivery.
Interpret project specifications, design requirements, and client standards while ensuring compliance with applicable electrical codes and regulations.
