Are you an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in the Adobe Experience ?
We're looking for an Agile leader who can drive successful delivery across enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
? Position: Scrum Master – Adobe Experience Platform
Experience: 6-8 Years
Location: Indira Nagar (Bangalore)
Mode : 5 Days WFO
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and Business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Remove impediments and proactively manage project risks and dependencies.
Track Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Capacity, and Sprint Health.
Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
Coordinate multiple Adobe platform workstreams and stakeholder communications.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Strong hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud products:
Adobe Campaign
Adobe Analytics
Adobe Target
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Adobe Experience Cloud
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and enterprise digital delivery.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) is preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
