Role Description

Business Development Manager – School Partnerships | Delhi NCR

PCM Uniforms is looking for a high-energy, result-driven hunter salesperson to lead new school acquisition across Delhi NCR.

This is not an account-management or desk-sales role. The person will be responsible for identifying, approaching and converting schools into long-term business partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of schools across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad
• Connect with school owners, trustees, directors,



principals and administrators
• Secure meetings, present PCM’s capabilities and lead commercial negotiations
• Coordinate sampling, proposals and institutional follow-ups
• Convert qualified opportunities into signed school partnerships
• Maintain accurate CRM records, activity reports and conversion forecasts
• Hand over converted schools to the operations and account-management teams

Ideal candidate

• 4–8 years of experience in institutional, B2B or K–12 sales
• Proven experience selling directly to schools or educational institutions
• Existing relationships with school decision-makers in Delhi NCR
• Strong track record of acquiring current accounts independently
• Comfortable with field travel, long sales cycles and high-value negotiations
• Strong communication, presentation and follow-up discipline
