The Role:

Teaching & Learning
Deliver engaging and inspiring Drama lessons that foster creativity, confidence, collaboration,



and communication.
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and the school's academic expectations.
Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs, abilities, and learning styles of students.
Teach a broad range of drama disciplines including acting, improvisation, devising, script work, theatre studies, voice, movement, mime, characterisation, storytelling, stagecraft, directing, and performance techniques.
Develop students' verbal communication, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Encourage experimentation, reflection, and creative problem-solving through performance-based learning.
Integrate theatre history, dramatic literature, and contemporary theatre practices into teaching where appropriate.
Promote confidence, resilience, and artistic expression through performance.
