What You'll Be Doing

Lead monthly distributor business reviews to drive performance, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
Grow distributor revenue by selling SHL solutions and exceeding agreed sales targets.
Develop strategic distributor partnerships and strengthen key client relationships across assigned territories.
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, proposals, and commercial support using Salesforce.
Deliver product guidance, presentations, and solutions to maximise customer success and adoption.
Collaborate with internal and distributor teams to ensure exceptional project delivery and customer experience.
