Drive strategic sales performance by supporting execution of sales targets, identifying potential Customer segments, and assisting in the rollout of tailored marketing initiatives for the AMG and Maybach range.
Ensure a premium Customer experience by monitoring interactions at key touchpoints and guiding the team to deliver personalized service that reflects the luxury positioning of both brands.
Support operational excellence by overseeing day-to-day functioning of the AMG Performance Center, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency.
Lead and coach the sales team with a focus on continuous skill development, brand immersion, and performance accountability aligned with AMG and Maybach brand expectations.
Track market dynamics by analyzing competitor activity, Customer behavior, and luxury segment trends to support leadership in fine-tuning sales and product strategies.
Reporting to: General Manager – AMG & Maybach as per leadership structure.
Qualification - Experience - Skillset
Qualification Requirement: MBA in Sales/Marketing required.
Experience: Minimum 7-8 Years of Work Experience in automobile sales preferably in the premium segment.

§ Support the implementation of sales strategies specific to AMG & Maybach to achieve volume and revenue targets.
§ Identify and develop opportunities in high-net-worth individual (HNI) Customer segments.

§ Collaborate with the senior leadership to drive product-specific campaigns and events for lead generation and conversion
