About the Role
We manage social media and content for some genuinely compelling brands — across F&B;, lifestyle, jewellery, and FMCG. Each brand has a strategy, a visual identity and a point of view. What we need is someone who can take all of that and turn it into content that performs.

This is not a strategy role. The brand strategy exists. Your job is to know it cold and use it as a springboard — not a ceiling. You will lead the ideation and planning of content across all client accounts, direct the creative team and videography team to execute it, own the relationship with clients on the content side, and use performance data to continuously sharpen what you are doing.

The right person for this role is a digital native — not scrolling mindlessly,



but watching what is working, what is breaking, what formats are earning attention and why. You have strong taste, fast instincts and the discipline to turn both into a structured content calendar every single month.

What You'll Do

Content Ideation & Calendar Planning
• Generate original content ideas every month — concepts, formats and angles that are on-brand and
platform-native, not recycled templates.
• Build detailed content calendars a minimum of two weeks ahead; every entry should be brief enough that a
designer or videographer can execute without guessing.
• Spot trends early, evaluate their relevance to each brand and act on them quickly.

Creative Direction & Team Coordination
• Brief designers, videographers and copywriters in writing — reference, direction, format, mood. Be specific
enough that the first attempt is close.
• Direct shoots on set — shot list, visual language
