Freight is a $900B industry still running on email, PDFs, and spreadsheets. Lighthouz AI is a Y Combinator (S24)-backed company building the AI back-office for freight brokers — AI agents that handle freight bill audit, shipper invoicing, AR automation, and collections across both truckload (FTL) and LTL, so brokerages can scale revenue without scaling headcount.

Our agents sit inside a broker's existing stack — TMS platforms like McLeod, Turvo, TAI, and 3PL Systems, plus QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Sage Intacct — with no rip-and-replace required. Today, brokers use Lighthouz to auto-audit carrier bills with 70–85% no-touch processing, run prioritized, SOP-trained collections — cutting days-sales-outstanding and back-office cost in the process. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant and were a TIA 2026 & 2025 Technovator Award winner.

This role will work closely with both the founders.

The role
You'll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation — outbound mostly for Lighthouz.



You'll build and run the systems that consistently fill the founders' calendars with qualified conversations, then hand off to the CEO for demos and closing. This is a builder's role: you're judged on qualified pipeline generated, not deals closed.

What you'll do
Own pipeline generation — build and run outbound so qualified leads consistently reach the founders.
Build the GTM system — channels, sequences, messaging, and the data to know what's actually working.
Run outbound across every channel that matters — email, LinkedIn, using tools like Clay, Instantly, Dripify, and Heyreach.
Work closely with founders on messaging and positioning that feeds top-of-funnel — not on pricing or deal strategy.
Build small GTM agents — use AI tools like Claude to prototype and automate pieces of the outbound/inbound motion (enrichment, personalization, list-building, research, linkedin scrapers). Test quick, kill what doesn't work, and keep testing — this rol
