Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This position is responsible for identifying prospective clients, presenting Engineer's Realty services, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The role involves conducting client meetings, understanding project requirements,



preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in sales tracking tools. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and follow up with clients to support long-term relationships. The role also includes participating in sales reviews, attending site and client visits, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
Proven Customer Service capabilities, including handling queries, managing expectations, and building client trust.
Demonstrated Sales experience in real estate or related domains, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
