The Role:

Teaching & Learning




Deliver engaging and inspiring Dance lessons that promote creativity, confidence, technical excellence, and artistic expression.
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and international best practices.
Teach a broad range of Western dance styles including Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre, Commercial, Lyrical, and Creative Movement, appropriate to students' age and ability.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of learners.
Develop students' technique, flexibility, coordination, musicality, rhythm, performance quality, and stage presence.
Encourage creativity through choreography, improvisation, and collaborative performance.
Integrate dance appreciation, history, terminology, anatomy, and secure dance practices into teaching where appropriate.
Promote reflective learning, resilience, teamwork, and self-confidence.
