Role Description This full-time Sales Engineer role is based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model, combining on-site client visits and office work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will identify and pursue sales opportunities for weighing and automation solutions, conduct product demonstrations,



and provide technical consultations to prospective and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with the engineering and production teams to ensure feasible solutions, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle. The role involves handling technical queries, offering post-sales technical support, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The Sales Engineer will also contribute to market research, participate in trade shows or industry events when required, and prepare regular sales and activity reports.
Qualifications

Strong Sales Engineering and technical solution skills relevant to weighing systems and automation.
Demonstrated ability in Sales and Customer Service, including lead generation, relationship management, and after-sales support.
Technical Support experience, with the ability to troubleshoot product issues and guide customers on proper usage.
