You’ll Make a Difference By

Learning Needs Consulting
Partner with business leaders, managers, and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
Act as a trusted learning consultant by aligning learning solutions with business objectives.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across functions and geographies.
Learning Solution Design & Development
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and content developers to design and customize learning solutions.
Develop engaging and effective learning journeys aligned with Siemens learning frameworks.
