Position Summary:

The IT Ops Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring of cloud /
on-prem resources, incident management including escalation. They will also be
responsible for routine operations of Azure Virtual Desktop. The analyst should
have good knowledge of networking, Identity & Access management, and Update
management (Patching), Automation & Scripting
